Networking

One of the keys to success as an artist is being connected to your community and your peers. The Guild offers the opportunity to get involved and to be informed.

Art Shows

Art shows are held throughout the year to showcase members'work. Past show locations have included Broward libraries, Anne Kolb Center adn the Glass Gallery. Winners of these shows receive ribbons and cash prizes.

 

 

 

 

Community and Charitable Projects

Pembroke Pines Art Guild sponsors a "Youth Art Show" to encourage young peoples' artistic development. We have taught art classes for hospitals and rehab facilities and have participated in public school career development programs.

Demonstrations

Central to meetings is a demonstration by a practicing artist utilizing a variety of mediums in two and three dimensional work.

Membership Dues

Membership runs from September to May. Annual dues for painting members are $30.00; non-painting members are $20.00. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Pines Recreation Center, 7402 Pines Boulevard from 7:00om-9:00pm.
